Delete your Mandee account

What you can request

• Deletion of your owner profile (name, phone, email).
• Deletion of inventory, customer, and operational data created in the app.
• Cancellation of any active subscription at the end of the current billing cycle.

Financial and tax records (invoices, GST line items) must be retained for 7 years under the Indian Income Tax Act and GST law, even after account deletion. They are stored in encrypted form.

How to request deletion

Email support@mandee.io from your registered address with the subject "Account deletion request". Use the button below to pre-fill the message.

Request account deletion

If your registered email no longer works, write from any address and include enough information (registered phone, GSTIN, business name) so we can verify you.

Timeline

We acknowledge requests within 3 business days and complete deletion within 30 days, in line with DPDPA Section 12.
