Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Mandee (the "Service"), including the website at https://mandee.io and the mobile / web / desktop apps, you ("you", the "Merchant") agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and to our Privacy Policy.

2. The Service

Mandee is a multi-store business management platform (inventory, billing, CRM, analytics, e-commerce) operated by Tanvrit Pvt. Ltd. ("Tanvrit"), with its registered office at 168 Plot No 945, Gayatri Mandir se Purab, New Ariya, Sasaram, Bihar 821115, India.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You must be at least 18 years old to register.
  • Provide accurate business information; keep it up to date.
  • Keep credentials, OTPs, and refresh tokens confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
  • You are the data fiduciary for any third-party customer data you upload to Mandee; Tanvrit is your data processor for that data.

4. Acceptable Use

  • No use for unlawful purposes, fraud, money laundering, or tax evasion.
  • No unauthorised access attempts, scraping, or automated access without our written permission.
  • No reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling, except to the extent permitted by Indian law.
  • No malware, no rate-limit defeats, no interference with other merchants' data.
  • No reselling or sublicensing the Service or its APIs without a written commercial agreement.

5. Subscriptions, Pricing & Payments

Free and paid tiers are listed on our pricing page or quoted at sign-up. Paid plans are billed in advance via Razorpay (India) or Stripe (international). Tanvrit does not store full card numbers; only tokenised references are retained.

Recurring debits above ₹15,000 are processed under the RBI's e-mandate framework, including Additional Factor Authentication and a 24-hour pre-debit notification. By subscribing you authorise Razorpay (or your bank) to issue these notifications on our behalf.

GST is added on top of stated prices where applicable. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no pro-rated refunds, except where required by law.

6. Intellectual Property & Your Content

The Service, its source code, design, and Tanvrit trade marks are owned by Tanvrit and licensed (not sold) to you. You retain ownership of the business and customer data you input. You grant Tanvrit a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, process, and display that data only as needed to operate the Service.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". Tanvrit disclaims all implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

Tanvrit's aggregate liability under these Terms shall not exceed the fees you paid in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Tanvrit and its officers, directors, employees, and agents against any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms or any law.

10. Termination

You may terminate at any time via /account/delete. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach, suspected fraud, or to comply with a legal order.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Indian law; the courts at Patna, Bihar have exclusive jurisdiction. Disputes that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation will be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seated in Patna, before a sole arbitrator appointed by mutual agreement.

12. Changes to these Terms

Material changes are notified to registered users by email at least 30 days in advance.
