Delete Your Account
We're sorry to see you go. If you wish to delete your Mandee account and all associated data, please follow the steps below.
What Happens When You Delete Your Account
- Your profile information, including name, email, phone number, and business details, will be permanently removed.
- All your business data (inventory, sales records, customer data) stored in the app will be deleted.
- Any active subscriptions will be cancelled at the end of the current billing period.
- This action is irreversible. Once your account is deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
How to Request Account Deletion
Option 1: From the App
- Open the Mandee app on your device.
- Go to Settings > Account.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm your identity and follow the prompts.
Option 2: Via Email
Send an email to hello@mandee.business with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Please include:
- Your registered email address
- Your registered phone number
- Reason for deletion (optional)
Processing Time
Account deletion requests are processed within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been permanently deleted.
Data We May Retain
Certain information may be retained for a limited period as required by law, including transaction records for tax and audit purposes. Such data will be securely stored and deleted once the legal retention period expires.
